TERMS OF BOOKING
Customers are reminded that at least 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation of a booked session. Most people are fantastic and advise if they wish to change a booking but we have had several "no show" instances lately that have left vacancies in much sought after time slots. If you have tried to make bookings yourself and have found our sessions full then I am sure you can understand our frustration when those times have ended up being quite empty. We understand that sometimes other things pop up but a courtesy phone call to advise that you wont be able to make it will mean that we can re-list these sessions and make them available to others. If you are attending on a promotional voucher then a "no show" means that this session is forfeited.
On a separate note, I have been asked to clarify what constitutes a "lane" booking. Please note that you will need to book a lane per person and it is not possible to share lanes. Having more than 1 person per lane slows down the other lanes and is unfair to other customers who have paid for a 90 minute shooting experience. Exceptions are made for Parties or groups booking all 8 lanes for a session. If you have any queries then please contact us. |

ONLINE BOOKINGS
As of Monday October 8th we have begun using an online booking form. Because the indoor centre is largely un-occupied during the day it is sometimes difficult to keep up to date with recent bookings. With this system the latest availabilities will be show live and you can chose to book them on the spot. Of course you can still ring and leave a message on 9729 1290 or call / SMS on 0437 943 374. |

ADDITIONAL OPENING HOURS
Over the last few months we have been regularly adding additional sessions to cope with additional customers, particularly parties on a Saturday. The 4:30 session on a Saturday has particularly been popular and so we have decided to add it permanently to our opening hours. The 1:00 and 2:30 sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays will be staying too.
We have had several inquiries from groups wanting to know if we open on Saturday nights as well so just a reminder that we can open at any times for group bookings as needed outside our normal hours. Please just contact us by phone,SMS or email in these instances and I am sure we can cater for you |

CUDO VOUCHERS
For Cudo customers wanting to make a booking, please note that these can be made online. Please go to the online bookings section in the menu on the left hand side and search through available sessions to find one that is right for you. Simply add your name, email address, contact number and voucher numbers and the booking will be done automatically and you will receive an automated confirmation by email. Please remember to only book for peak or off-peak session as per your voucher. |
